Dr. Shneor's manystudies are published in international scientific journals.

For over a decade Dr. Shneor is studying epidemiology and etiology of keratoconus, along with Prof. Gordon Shagg and Prof. Michel Millodot, they have published many papers in peer reviewed journals, including epidemiological publications on the incidence of the disease in Israel and the risk factors for the disease. Their current research is on the prevalence of corneal abnormalities in family members of people with keratoconus.

• Dr. Shneor performs epidemiological studies on myopia in Israel along with Professor Gordon Shag and Dr. Ravid Doron and Dr. Lisa Ostrin from the University of Houston.  Together, they are looking for the impact of light exposure, near work and electronic device usages on the development of myopia in Children. They were recently awarded a grant from the Binational Science Foundation.  For further details about this collaboration in BSF

Dr. Shneor performs feasibility studies for clinical devices in collaboration with leading companies in the field such as: Shamir Ltd, Visionix Luneau (Chartres, France), Soflex CooperVision, Optos (plc, Dunfermline, UK) and more.

• Dr. Shneor also investigates the prevalence of eye diseases and eye injuries at emergency medical centers, in collaboration with TEREM clinics for emergency medicine.

Dr. Shneor is a reviewer in many scientific journals in the field of optometry and ophthalmology.
