Welcome to the website of Hadassah Academic College (the "Site", "college", respectively). Your use of the Site, including its content and the various services operating thereon, means that you agree to the following terms, so please read them carefully.

You cannot link the site to any site that contains pornographic and / or offensive content or to a site that promotes racism and / or discrimination and / or violence, or is unlawful, or which publication is illegal or incites illegal activity.
The College will not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of any link to the content or statistics from the site and any display or publication of such contents in any other way. The user bears full and sole responsibility for any link, display or publication of content or statistics and undertakes to indemnify the College for any damage caused as a result.
It is strictly forbidden to distort the material that appears on this site, damage it, change it or take any action which impairs, and / or that could harm the honor or reputation of the copyright holder.


Programs and activities carried out by the College

The site includes information on programs and activities carried out by the College.It is understood that the information on this website does not constitute an obligation on the part of the College in regard to programs and / or activities. Only receipt of formal approval from the College will obligate the College.

The College may modify and / or cancel and / or update the curriculum and / or activities at any time according to its absolute discretion.

The admission requirements that appear on the site should only be viewed as an aid to determine the chances of acceptance (based on past years). Candidates must meet the College's acceptance requirements. The College reserves the right to require candidates to submit additional requirements for admission.

User content and statistics submitted to the site

The College does not assume any responsibility for content and statistics submitted by Users. Users bear exclusive responsibility and for any consequence resulting from such submitted content. When submitting information content to the site, you bear full and sole responsibility for any consequence. You must ensure that such contents are valid and reliable.

The College is also not liable for damage caused or likely to be caused by the delivery of confidential or sensitive information via the website.

Services requiring registration

The user will find services on the site that require registration. The user may enjoy this service following completion of the registration process, and providing required information including your online consent pertaining to the service.

When you register to the service you are asked to provide personal information such as first name, last name, ID number, telephone number and e-mail address. Payments via the site

You may execute various payments to the College (Hadassah Academic College association no. 58-0 278851) using a valid credit card that can be authorized by any one of the credit card companies operating legally in Israel. The number of your card and personal information will be required to process the payment. In order to process the payment, you must provide all required information. Submission of false information is a criminal offense and will result in legal proceedings.

After the above credit card information has been entered, the information will be transferred to the credit card company for confirmation. Should the credit card company not authorize payment, and you are consequently notified by the credit card company, you will have seven days to arrange payment to the complete satisfaction of the College and /or credit card company.

Payment amounts and dates that can be executed through the website may change from time to time. In the event of a discrepancy between the amount of payments and /or the dates for their implementation, the information provided to you by the College Secretary shall be the determining factor.

You may cancel a payment within fourteen days from the date of the transaction (as per section C the Consumer Protection Act, 1981) provided that the cancellation will be made no later than seven business days prior to the date on which the service is to be provided. Cancellation must be executed in writing , by fax or by personal delivery and / or electronic notice to tuition@hac.ac.il. In the event of cancellation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of no more than 5% of your payment or NIS 100 or the lower of the sums.

All cancellation fees in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, except for the cancellation by law, are considered as valid in accordance with the provisions of section 15 of the Contracts Law (1970).

Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property on the site, the services offered thereon or any content contained therein, and in particular academic papers and abstracts courses, are the property of the College. The College is authorized to provide a third party with such information.

You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, available, change, adapt, create derivative works from, sell or lease any of the aforementioned, whether by you or by or in cooperation with a third party, in any manner, whether electronic, mechanical, optical, photographic or recording, or by any means, and a different way, without the prior written permission of College, or other right-holders, as applicable, and subject to the terms of agreement (if given). This provision shall also apply to any arrangement, editing or translation made by the College of content that you entered or posted by you to the site.

To the extent such consent is given, you shall not remove, delete or distort any sign of intellectual property, for example - the copyright © or ® trade mark, affixed to the contents will use you.

Changes to the site and Termination of Services

The College can change the structure, appearance and design, the scope and availability of the services offered, charge payment for such contents and services or others at its discretion and may change any other aspect of the site - all without having to notify you in advance . Such changes will be made, in part, given the dynamic nature of the Internet and technological and other changes. Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the competent court in the city of Jerusalem alone. Without derogating from the generality or detract from the remedies provided under the provisions of any law, the College may immediately curtail, unilaterally and without any warning, the provision of services on the site, without any remedies to be taken against it.

Use of the Site shall be at your sole and complete responsibility.
